The location in a very nice area was absolutely perfect and there were convenience stores and shops nearby👌

Excellent proximity to scuba diving charter operators. Hotel has large balconies which are very good for drying scuba gear.

Has recently been refurnished and was prevoiusly Ramada We stayed there 2 years ago and were pleasantly surpised at the make over greatly improved nice furnishings , italso has added a starabucks which does breakfasts and light meals through the day . only downside is there is no decent restarant for evening meal and the 2 places within walking distance are just fair . however key largo is spreadout and appears that many of the other hotels you would need to get into a car to travel for evening meal which we did but then walked to holiday inn tiki bar so we could have a few drinks . you can also use this hotels facilities and charge to your card via Marriott so you have only one bill to settle on departure .

We couldn't swim in the pool,dirty water,and a lot of noice during we stay with the renovation.We need to go for a swim to another hotel,even for breakfast

Loved the place, had an enjoyable stay for 1 night. The position of the hotel was particularly good and beautiful, to the dive shop. Further, it was near Close to Restaurants and stores.

Your advertising showed the Hotel to be on the Ocean, which it clearly was not. I feel that I was totally ripped off.

The staff needs to warn about the noise from the nightclub next door,Also the sliding doors dont lock.

Had a nice stay, enjoying the comfortable bed and smooth check-in process. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after long days. Just a minor issue with the Wi-Fi being a bit slow, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this place! 😊

to be honest, nothing except free parking and free acces to net. really disapointed after all.

Room was excellent in terms of cleanliness. Bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good. I liked the convenience of the two computers in the main entrance area with printer connected. Harbor view was ok. Free onsite parking was good.

Harbor view was noisy in the morning. No safe in room even though I called to confirm there would be. Staff was pleasant but somewhat useless. Never got any satisfaction on room safe. Was told Manager would take care of it but never did. No follow up. There was no information available about any area attractions, no maps nothing, and nobody to ask. That was truly lacking. We reserved King but didn't get it. I assume that is because we didn't book direct. The hotel gave the king beds to those who paid the full price on their own website.

Loved the marina view from the room, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. Proximity to awesome dive trips is a huge plus!

The location, only 3 miles from the John Pennekamp Coral Reef state park.

The hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment so the entire hotel was a construction site in November 2010. No breakfast included and staying here doesn't come cheap.
